The County of Humboldt has adopted a Tickets and Passes Policy in response to the California Code of Regulations Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Section 18944.1. Form 802 is used to disclose tickets or passes distributed to local government officials for admission to events that are not considered gifts under the Political Reform Act.
