Employee Engagement

Organizations are most successful when staff are engaged and enjoy coming to work.

Recognizing the opportunities and challenges that exist in our workforce, especially in regard to staff engagement, implementation of feedback and retention programs are long term strategies to address workforce gaps and provide a pipeline of future County employees.

There is a need to assess, through quantitative research, and create opportunities to empower employees with skills and training.

The Employee Engagement survey contained multiple measures of engagement (cognitive and emotional/behavioral) designed to inform leadership and drive change.
