2. The future Humboldt Navigation Center will be located in Eureka at the corner of Third and Commercial streets near St. Vincent de Paul Free Meal, close by other services, and will serve our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness. It will be a safe place to be during the day and  providers from agencies, community groups and other organizations throughout the county will be onsite to offer services and referrals. 

   A non-congregate shelter will be located upstairs where people can live temporarily while they work with a case manager to assist them in transitioning to permanent housing.
