Agricultural Commissioner / Sealer of Weights & Measures Mission
The mission of the Humboldt County Department of Agriculture / Sealer of Weights & Measures is to protect the County's agricultural industry, as well as protecting human health and the environment through various regulatory programs. The Department fosters consumer confidence and equity in the marketplace through education, community engagement, and through the fair and uniform enforcement of laws, regulations, and ordinances that have been enacted by the people of California and the County of Humboldt.
